After having lost my kit lens in Boston I decided to replace it with a new "glass" sigma 17-70 (2.8-4.5). As you can see, it is a quite good portrait lens and has a good resolution too. I'm not sure whether I am able to make the most of this new purchase. Portraits are my Achilles heel, so the only thing I can count on is her skills.
